All products from Home Energy Solutions come with full manufacturer warranty. Your investment is protected.
Manufacturer Warranty
All home batteries come with 10 to 15 years of manufacturer warranty, depending on the brand and model. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
What is covered?
- Manufacturing defects
- Battery capacity below warranty threshold (typically 60-70% of original capacity)
- Electronic component failures
- Software malfunctions
What is not covered?
- ĆPhysical damage from accidents or improper installation
- ĆWater damage (unless the product is rated for outdoor use)
- ĆDamage from power surges or lightning
- ĆNormal wear and tear
- ĆModifications or unauthorized repairs
How to claim warranty
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer and arrange repair or replacement.

Not satisfied? You have a 30-day cooling-off period. Return the product unused and in original packaging for a full refund. Contact us to arrange the return.
