30-Day Return Policy
Return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
Return Process
Request a Return
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization within 24 hours.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in the original packaging and ship it to our return address. We'll provide the shipping details in your return authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Your Legal Rights
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. We extend this to a generous 30-day return period for all our products.
What Can Be Returned?
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products that have not been installed or connected
- Products with all original accessories and documentation
- Products returned within 30 days of delivery
What Cannot Be Returned?
- Products that have been installed or connected to your electrical system
- Products with broken seals or removed security tags
- Custom or special-order products
- Products damaged by the customer
Detailed Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation must be included. The product should show no signs of installation, use, or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. For iDEAL payments, the refund is sent to the bank account used for the payment. For credit card payments, the refund appears on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong product. In case of a defective product, we will arrange and pay for return shipping.
