1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Home Energy Solutions ("HES"), registered in the Netherlands. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Prices
All prices displayed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product specifications are based on manufacturer information and may change.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is processed securely via Mollie.
4. Delivery
We deliver to EU countries and selected non-EU countries. Estimated delivery times are 2ā14 business days depending on your location. See our shipping page for detailed rates and timeframes.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Warranty
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty, typically 10ā15 years for home battery systems. In addition, you have legal warranty rights as a consumer under EU law.
7. Liability
HES is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our privacy policy for details.
9. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
